I think i’ve seen more M plate Tesla’s in Michigan than I have regular Tesla’s (meaning test vehicles vs personally owned). Probably because Snyder made it so you have to go out of state to buy one

Never did see the plates on the one that passed me a couple of weeks ago. All I know is that it was quiet as all get out, and hit cruising speed almost instantly.
